Information is collected directly from you, through accounting software, payroll systems, ATO portals, authorised representatives, and communications (email, phone, online forms).

We collect and use personal information to:
- Provide bookkeeping and BAS services
- Process payroll and superannuation
- Lodge activity statements and other compliance documents
- Meet legal and regulatory obligations
- Maintain client records
- Communicate with you
If required information is not provided, we may be unable to deliver services.
4. Disclosure of Personal Information
We may disclose information to:
- The Australian Taxation Office
- Your accountant or authorised advisors
- Software providers including Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, and Google Workspace
- IT service providers assisting with secure system management
These providers may store or process data in Australia and overseas. While we take reasonable steps to ensure compliance with Australian privacy standards, overseas recipients may be subject to foreign laws.
We do not sell personal information.

TFNs are handled in accordance with the Tax File Number Rule 2015 and are used only for authorised taxation purposes.

We retain personal information for as long as required to provide services and comply with legal obligations, after which it is securely destroyed or de-identified where practicable.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting us in writing. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may charge a reasonable administrative fee where permitted by law.

Privacy complaints may be made in writing. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
